Our Process

The first step is a conversation in your project space. This allows us to discuss your vision and budget, take pictures & measurements, develop preliminary sketches, analyze costs, and align schedules.
Design
Once we have built your unique space in our software, we can customize 3D renderings and walk-throughs to bring your project to life. This element serves as a valuable & adaptable tool throughout the entire project to ensure we capture every detail as we strive for the perfect blend of function & beauty.
Build
This is where your 3D dream is made real. Permits are obtained, coordination is delivered by a dedicated Project Manager, and off to work we go. We take every opportunity possible to accommodate special requests that minimize the impact of a large remodel or addition. We consider it a privilege to be working in your home, and we work hard to earn it every day.
Deliver
Every project, big or small, has its unique challenges along the way, and Patriot diligently manages each step for you until the very end. It takes a high degree of dedication to ensure a strong and complete finish.
